  We go with the winter elements this February and open the stage to our community with an open mic whose proceeds will benefit Hearts for Heat, a central MA non-profit that provides heating assistance. In lieu of a set ticket price we are suggesting a donation of $5 to $10 with proceeds benefiting tonight's cause. Our open mic will feature 6 slots of 10 minutes or 2 songs, plus 2 invited "spotlight" artists for 4 song or 20 minute…

The seeds of SloGrass were sewn in the summer of 1989 when Dave, Mark and Fran started getting together once a week to play fiddle tunes for fun and a musical challenge.
